Suchi has been groomed for her whole life. Sadie had never been groomed. Karen's staff were wonderful. The dogs look fantastic!My wife had no difficulty getting in and out with her rollator. Easy access parking is provided. The staff were very experienced handling new client dogs. Every thing went smoothly!Karen's Pampered Pups has a long service history here in Longview. So when a special occasion came up, I wanted to get my terrier mix, rescue dog, Fergus, looking all handsome, I took him to Karen's. Fergus has a lot of allergies and a skin conditions that make me very concerned about what I'm putting on his skin and he's usually very itchy. I told them about my concerns and how he was itchy and flaky.When I got him back, not only was he trimmed, looking better than he ever had, but his skin was great. I don't know what they used on him but it kept him from being itchy for about two weeks, without any interference from me, which is practically a miracle for him. read less

They work well with her despite her being shy and timid. When I pick her up she always looks good and has a bandana on. I know some dogs they put bows on their ears, but they just matte up in my dogs fur. read less
